Where listing information comes from
Directory listings are compiled from publicly available business information — a practice’s own website and published materials, public professional registers and business directories — and from details submitted directly by practices. We record business contact details (practice name, office address, business telephone, business email, website and practice areas). We do not knowingly publish personal mobile numbers or personal email addresses on unclaimed listings.
Status labels
- Unclaimed — compiled by us; not yet confirmed by the practice.
- Claimed — controlled by the practice after an authority check.
- Verified — matched to an official professional register on the date shown. Verification is a point-in-time check of registration, not an assessment of quality.
Regulator data
Information about practising status, conditions and disciplinary findings belongs to the regulators listed on our Legal Disclaimer page. We link to those registers so you can check the current position yourself. We do not reproduce register data in bulk.
Corrections
Email [email protected] with the listing link and the correction. If you are from the practice, claiming the listing is the fastest way to keep it current. We action verified corrections within 5 business days.
Removal
A practice can ask for its unclaimed listing to be removed by emailing [email protected] from a practice email address, or by submitting a claim and selecting removal. We confirm the request with the practice and remove the listing within 10 business days. An individual whose name appears on a listing can ask for it to be removed at any time.
Freshness
Listings show the date their details were last checked where that information is available. Unclaimed listings are reviewed periodically; claimed listings are maintained by the practice.
